Syracuse Hydrofest Returns!!
Boaters from across the country were out enjoying Onondaga Lake Saturday, july 12
but they weren't taking a relaxing ride. More than 40 hydroplanes raced
across Willow Bay during Syracuse's Hydrofest. News 10 Now's Katie Morse
